National Air Quality Database

This national database holds archived air quality monitoring data and site information for monitoring sites in New Zealand. For the most recent pollution data you should contact your regional council. For summary statistics such as maximum values and annual averages look on the Ministry for the Environments Air Indicators web pages.

At present the site will be having a number of improvements applied in the near future. We would encourage users to email sugestions to the administrators and hopefully we can include changes that take account of those suggestions.
