Data Selection:

Clicking the Select and Download Monitoring Data button takes the user the the data selection form. The first panel contains the localities for which data is available. Select the locality of interest and then click the Select button on the far right. This brings up a list of sites for that location. Make your selection from the list and click the Select button again which will enable a third list containing the available contaminants for the site. A fourth window is then enabled allowing you to choose a start and end date. The initial dates shown are the maximum and minimum dates available for the data. Select the dates you require from the drop-down lists presented and click Select again.

At the bottom of the table is a list box containing the fields available for downloading. For most purposes the final two will be sufficient. Hold the Ctrl button down for multiple selects or click and drag through adjacent fields.

A preview of up to 10,000 records can be obtained in either concise or verbose format by clicking the Preview button. Once satisfied with your data it can be downloaded by entering your email address and clicking Get Data. You will receive an email containing a zip file of the data you requested.

The downloaded data is in .CSV format and can be opened in Excel. Alternatively, if the data has less than 10,000 records, it can be copied from the preview screen and pasted into Excel or similar.
